I play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior GTM Consultants by conducting in-depth talent market analysis, talent mapping, and sourcing strategies. My responsibilities include identifying and evaluating top talent, and ensuring that our recruitment approach aligns with the unique needs and goals of our clients.Additionally, I serve as the primary liaison between our consultants and clients, facilitating regular updates on the progress of ongoing searches and ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process. This involves coordinating with clients to understand their evolving needs and providing insights and feedback to our consultants to refine our search strategies.Beyond recruitment, I also collaborate with our coaches to organize Talent Acquisition training sessions for our clients, helping them build stronger internal recruitment capabilities.

At Carrefour in Tunis, I contributed to the development and execution of marketing initiatives, promoting brand visibility, and organizing events to boost the presence of a local orange juice brand.
