During my tenure I managed asset recovery programs with four of the top ten US cable and Internet providers and also managed a six-member sales team that drove over 33% of corporate revenues.I developed the Program Management function's systems and processes, hired a team of Project Managers to support the program, and facilitated partnerships with vendors to execute on asset refurbishment so assets could be sold to cable providers in developing countries. I also was responsible for reporting using Microsoft BI to provide visibility for hundreds of millions of assets.Performance highlights:• Oversaw programs that achieved 230% revenue growth over five years with 20% YOY growth in 2020 ($30M revenue).• Executed contract and launched a new client program that generated over $1.7M in revenue in first four months. • Fulfilled $2.7M order for 100,000 TG682's with responsibility for equipment sourcing, managing third-party repair vendors, logistics and account management and operational efforts.
