For more than 28 years, I have been developing and leading teams of military professionals to reach strategic objectives. I am a highly skilled leader and senior advisor to executive officers. I love the challenge of working with people of various backgrounds and talents to collaborate on the best practices available to them. I believe in many things, but one stands above the rest, connected people opens doors to so many solutions. I love removing barriers and helping everyone find their voices and empowering them to solve big complex problems--it will create in them a new reference point to build from.
