Angular front-end. Mixed SQL & no-SQL data warehouse coding with table replication. Managed, mentored and led local & remote teams.

Coshara was a start-up focused on combining Internet commerce with social networking, focused on the local merchant/business. Back-End was PHP/MySQL/Apache/Linux, front-end was HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript (home grown library). My role was "chief cook and bottle washer"​. As the person who rolled up his sleeve and wrote all the software, administered the database, managed our network and was the Webmaster, I was the techie who architected the system to be agile yet burst-scaleable. As the number 2 person, I worked with the founders on strategic initiatives, fund-raising, long tern planning, marketing & growth and all things management. Unfortunately, due to a lack of continuing funding, we had to "power down" in July 2015.

Responsible for rapid development of software for application dissemination (like "Android Market/Google Play" or ITunes App Store). I was both manager and hands on programmer. Our product operated on just about every mobile device known and on the PC. We helped the user navigate the maze of application which were available for their particular hardware and software (mobile device) and provided download and installation tracking support.

As a start-up GV required all the diverse talents of a VP of Engineering such as managing the server infrastructure, the databases, software development, planning and development forecasting. These were all skills that I had in abundance and was able to hit the ground running. Unfortunately, due to the hard economic times, the company failed to garner sufficient funding to survive.
