It is a part time and administrative job. I am working in graduate programme office IUB. Responsibilities:1. Mentoring the existing and new graduate students by providing accurate information about policies of MBA and EMBA degree.2. Checking out the Daily updates about class schedules (class cancellation and makeup class) and other academic updates and let this know to the faculties and students.3. Creating print materials as like seat plan of midterm and final exam, signature sheet of students in Ms excel also creating banner in power point to represent the information of MBA and EMBA programme.4. Communicating with students and other department directly or over the phone call and informing all information to the deputy director and assistant director.5. Taking and analyzing the problems from higher authorities and resolve those problems

It was a three months real experience of corporate polices. Responsibilities:1. Worked in customer service department in Bank Asia Bashundhara branch. Where I provided all required information about the policies and conditions of account opening.2. knew the problems of clients, analyzed those problems with my mentors and provided resolution.3.provided remittances after carefully identified the actual client by checking the validation of NID and ensured that NID card's information and remitted person’s information are same.4. Maintained inward, outward book and updated account opening form.

I worked as a teaching assistant with Mr. Shofiqul Alam (lecturer of school of business and entrepreneur IUB). Responsibilities:1. Assisted teacher in preparing the lesson materials, taking exams.2. Assisted regarding research in terms of data collection, inputted those data in excel sheet and prepared necessary graphs and charts as required.3. Inputted all exams and assignments marks of all student and prepared final result in excel by using "if condition" formula.
