To attain my future goals I will be focused, driven, and fearless. To be a successful leader I will motivate, empower, and be humble. I believe every experience in life builds who we are. I came to Canada from my home country of Bangladesh to pursue an education and build a future for myself and my family. During my college and university years I was able to expand my views and seek new interests. With my education and determination, I was able to achieve employment in a management role in a large retail store. My goal of leadership has been attained but it doesn't end here. I will continue to set my goals higher and reach new levels. Each day presents new opportunities to learn and grow as a positive leader, and with focus and drive, my career will continue to reach new heights. The goals in my life are not just career driven but also people driven. The connections we make with others shapes who we are and who we will become. I continue to strive toward my goal of becoming a greater leader through my daily interactions with those I work with. With my actions and my words, I motivate and empower people to do better and to be better. Every success, and every misstep, can be celebrated and learned from. This is what influences who I am and reminds me to always be humble. I am enthusiastic as I seek out new challenges, new career opportunities, and new goals. Set the bar high, know you will reach it, have a little patience, and never stop trying.
