Payroll Team• Use HRM to process monthly payroll for retail BC timely (CPB,IPSA,NARS,Perfume and ELIXIR).• Monitor BC attendance data on monthly schedule,and consolidate payroll data source from brands under payroll guidelineC&B Strategy Team• Establish process of labor cost with line manager,prepare monthly reports regarding to HC,work with HRBP to conduct cost forecast based on the latest hiring plan,provide qualitative data to fin.• Support annual budgeting and related system maintenance,analyze monthly variances between actual and forecast between periods.• Help HRBP improve their HC management process.• Analysis the pay competitiveness by benchmarking the market data.• Praticipate Mercer related survey.• Conduct frontline workforce and productivity analysis.• Other projects: benefits management, total rewards communication,etc.
