Implementing lean manufacturing to save time and improve quality of repetitive jobs. Efficient work place in terms of material feed, operation and tools arrangement. Plan and introduce sequence of operations with efficient utilization. Assess a best way to reduce the waste. Reducing cycle time and line stoppage and operational delays. Team work environment. Maintaining standards within process and production.Implementing repair and preventive maintenance of machines. Root cause analysis or failure analysis of faulty operation of old and new installed machine, preparing repairing procedure and preventive maintenance procedure. Analysis: Using PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effective Analysis i.e. a record keeping system about all the interaction during failure of a process) carryout the risk assessment. Analysis and review the practice, improvement of the process, improvement of the procedure, R&D. Updating / modifying new machines (purchased from overseas suppliers), Introducing SOP matching with Australian standard (ISO 9001:2008 certificate Number A1066AUS) OH&S issues.
