As Country Head, I oversee some universities and colleges of PHINMA Education as its President. Responsible for the strategic directions of the schools, and the attainment of its enrollment, academic, and financial targets. Oversees the schools through Chief Operations people who are based in the schools.

Leads a network of colleges and universities under Phinma Education, namely Araullo University, University of Pangasinan, University of Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro College, and St Jude College as the Phinma Education Network- Chief Operations Officer and President of St. Jude College. In this role, the enrollment of these schools combined grew by about 14% annually, with total enrollment today of close to 60,000. College retention also improved by 1% annually and operating costs reduced resulting to lower costs per student.

As Chief Operations Officer of Cagayan de Oro College, I was responsible for the overall management and administration of the college, including achieving P&L targets, ensuring exemplary academic performance as evidenced by the passing rates of graduates in the licensure examinations, implementing local marketing programs, delivering efficient services to the students, and achieving desired enrollments.As COO of Cagayan de Oro College, enrollment grew threefold within a period of eight years. Performance in the licensure examinations in Criminology, Engineering, and Education rose to be among the top performing schools in the region and in the country, while other courses such as Accountancy and Nursing also improved. Tuition and fees were kept to a minimum as a result of improved operational efficiencies, making the school a preferred college in the region.

Networking of health products. Promoted the organization's health products through individual or group presentations, grew a network of like-minded health professionals interested in promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.

Supervised at various periods 42 AMA computer colleges mainly providing collegiate level IT education, 25 ABE business colleges, SASN campuses offering healthcare education. Supervised the academic operations, reviewed and reformulated the curricula and syllabi, formulated marketing strategies and supervised the implementation of marketing plans in all schools, supervised the construction and development of new schools, ensured the provision of appropriate laboratory facilities and physical plant, hiring and firing of academic and non-acadmic staff, liaised with the government regulatory bodies to secure the appropriate permit, planning and budgetting of the schools.

Conceptualized, planned and set-up the company to provide centrally monitored alarm systems that were linked-up with the police and other emergency response services. The alarm systems were provided mostly to banks and establishments. Handled the day to day operations, responsible for the P&L of the company, represented the company during industry meetings and presentations, and marketed the services.

• Studied the technical, marketing, and financial feasibility of proposed telecommunications projects, evaluated profitability of existing product lines, prepared CPCN applications and represented the company during hearings with the NTC• Handled the day to day operations of the nationwide storefront operations composed of 12 regions, 250 company owned retail branches, and 400 agencies, established monitoring systems to get up to date traffic and revenue reports, Communicated new products and systems to the operations organization and ensured support for such initiatives, promoted expansion via agency agreements
