Lead and manage direct donate, acquisition and persuasion paid media campaigns and communication for high-profile Democratic clients including Cory Booker, Katie Hobbs, Tammy Baldwin, Tina Smith, and Mikie Sherrill. Execute digital ad campaigns, from budgeting, copywriting, and media planning to trafficking in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Youtube, Snapchat, and programmatic. Launched and oversee a team-wide testing program to ensure we are using up-to-date, top-performing industry practices. Updated reports and analyzed ad campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Google Ads, and programmatic.

Analyzed and created reports on online course discussion forums, received training in course materials, facilitated conversations and spaces for students on the topic of reducing gun violence in America for the center’s first Summer Youth Institute.

Worked with the National Organizing Director to mobilize delegates and voters for the candidate, create social media posts, research events for grassroots fundraising, and facilitate volunteer phone banks at the campaign headquarters.

Created reports on hate crime research, drafted letters, and proofread memorandums for department leadership in the Community Relations Service agency. Also facilitated conversations during the agency’s SPIRIT programs, and contributed to overall agency mission of community conflict resolution.

Planned and staffed fundraising events including the organization’s annual gala and Walk for Wishes, updated social media, conducted castle tours, and consulted with individual and corporate donors.
