in my contracted time with GCM i supervised and managed 11 Mcdonalds restaurant remodels. my duties included Site supervision, subcontractor scheduling, material management, change order estimation and engineering approval coordination, local inspection, permits, and occupancy certification. Verify measurements, critical path items, and ensure project start and ends on time and on budget. Communication with management, restaurant owners and vendors was key to my role and ensuring communications were confirmed with email, texts, and follow up phone calls .
