Growing up in a coaching family and playing sports all the way through college, I learned how to treat people equally from all walks of life, the importance of understanding your role and supporting the team, and the importance of hard work, a competitive spirit and desire to win. I have a blast coaching my kids in sports.The best position for me on the roster is as a high functioning role player, loyally supporting the coach, ensuring the stars shine bright and helping the team win championships.
