I am an incoming freshman at the University of Puget Sound, honored to have been selected as a Matelich Scholar, an award given to only two students in the incoming class.As a STEM enthusiast from Nigeria, I am deeply passionate about bridging the gender gap in STEM, particularly in Africa. My commitment to this cause has led me to collaborate with like-minded individuals through initiatives such as Technovation Girls, The Girls Techie, and Africa Agility.My long-term goal is to create and develop an organization where I can use my skills and experience to empower other females in Africa and around the world.Though an introvert, I am an enthusiastic public speaker who can talk for hours about Space, Mathematics, Tech, and books (both fictional and non-fictional)!Let’s connect and collaborate to drive meaningful change.
