Ffrash produces high quality, sustainable design furniture and home interior products made from Indonesian trash. The entire Ffrash collection is produced by well-known Dutch designers, together with former Indonesian street children (age 17+). Ffrash trains less-fortunate kids to become green furniture makers and entrepreneurs themselves. By coaching and transferring knowledge to the youngsters, Ffrash wants to break the vicious cycle of poverty. Ffrash shows that large numbers of Indonesians are potential skilled workers who can turn trash into beautiful and functional products. Ffrash is a fully non-profit organisation.
