Leading business activities and projects of QS Group in Turkey

I am working as an expert expat in Arctic Ulmi plant for below lines from installation to mass production. Main responsibilities are; commissioning of the automation and molds, maintenance, sustainability of quality processes.- Drum line's automation and molds- Cabinet line's automation and molds- Assembly lines - Automatic distribution systems (Automatic warehouses)In addition that i have more experience for die molds (progressive and transfer molds with different materials (DKP, Galvanized and Stainless steel) I am supporting sheet metal mold processes for Arctic suppliers.

My main responsibilities are to support Beko China and Beko LLC Russia factories whenever they are creating new automation lines for Drum Line and Cabinet line.In addition, that I managed projects to improve cycle time (decrease), adding new models to the lines, quality improvements, trainings for mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic and H&S to the operators and engineers who are using and responsible for the lines I visited for Line’s approvals to the suppliers in Italy like QS, Miramondi, Sares, Alastampi

Automatic production Drum line which is the most important dynamic part of the washing machine. Drum line is the automation that works with 100% automation and includes stainless steel sheet cutting and form molds and produces a 100% finished drum group at the end of the line with automatic screwing and assembly automations.My duty in these lines is to ensure the continuity of production, to minimize the errors that occur in the mold and automation processes, to eliminate the errors when they occur, and to carry out regular maintenance activities.
