• Accountable for managing and overseeing the production processes, organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines, building an engineering team from scratch and managing a large team of 100+ in daily operations; directly reporting to the CEO along the way, • Managing casting, machining and painting lines, tool shop and planning departments to ensure maximum productivity and minimal downtime and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations,• Taking immediate actions when critical problems and disruptions arise, monitoring production KPIs and metrics, and periodically providing comprehensive reports to senior management,• Driving efforts for improvements regarding quality and efficiency increase and cost reduction, leading layout and automation projects • Exploring investment opportunities and getting price quotes, monitoring and developing production data such as EEO values, compliance to shipping plan etc. and providing technical support to overseas and domestic customers. *** Expertly managed the production lines that produce 400 different wheel models and 20K wheels per month.*** Ensured critical improvements in the casting, painting, and machining lines and significantly reduced the number of casting and machining scrap parts.

• Overseeing daily production activities for the smooth running of all production lines (that produce 250 different wheel models) and the quality of output and leading a team of 90+ (including operators, foremen, and chargehands) along the way, • Accountable for managing casting, machining, and painting lines with 8 low-pressure casting machines, 2 drilling machines, 12 CNC lathes, and CNC milling machines,• Leading quality/efficiency increase and cost reduction efforts for existing projects, initiating critical improvements in casting, painting and machining lines and reducing casting and machining scrap parts, • Monitoring and developing production data (EEO values, compliance to shipping plan), identifying the materials and necessary resources needed by the lines and approving purchase requests,• Also, providing technical support to overseas and domestic customers and directly reporting to the to the Factory Manager regarding all matters.

• Supervising a team of 50+ (including blue collars, foremen, and chargehands) in daily production activities and providing effective leadership to quality improvement and cost-saving projects, • Managing 6 low-pressure casting machines and 15 CNC machines, evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime, and keeping close track of compliance with health and safety standards,• Preparing production plans, managing layout changes, communicating regularly with management regarding issues impacting production, and directly reporting to the Factory Manager regarding all matters.

• Planning and monitoring production engineering processes at the crank factory to produce high-quality products in line with the production plan, time, and quality objectives,• Leading a team of 5 (foremen and chargehands) and 70 operators in day-to-day operations, driving efforts to initiate process improvements, reduce costs, improve production efficiency and solve quality issues, • Identifying unsafe operations and practices and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations and directly reporting to the Factory Manager regarding all matters.
