• Analysis of organizational processes. Determining low performing points in processes and possible improvement areas. • Improvement and documentation of processes.• Giving trainings on: total quality management (TQM), kaizen, lean manufacturing, lean logistics, statistical process control (SPC) and strategic planning.• Implementation of continous improvement philosophy and tools in the organization. • Reducing process and logistic wastes in processes by lean manufacturing and lean logistics applications.
