Responsible about managing 32 local chain stores and 1100 traditional market point with the following responsibilities on behalf of Unilever - Algida in the Istanbul;• Responsible in accordance with the objectives given to distributors'​ monthly / annual active cabin, visits and sales to achieve their goals,• Managing the sales and distribution team to achieve Unilever goals and standards,• Managing promotion budget.• Managing the shelf and visibility budget effectively,• Performing, monitoring and controlling all distributor costs within cost plus system,• Calculating salaries and bonuses of the sales representatives, territory supervisors and other distributor employees,• Controlling and managing the stock levels accordingly distributors' specified goals,• Supervising and ensuring the traditional market – chain store activities,• Arranging route plans of sales team,• Making deals with key accounts, and municipalities in the beginning of season,• Managing the collecting and distribution process of cabinets in the beggining-ending of season, inline with company objectives,• Responsible for making the necessary analysis to improve potential sales points and market share of region,• Performing and reporting regularly the inventory of cabinets and warehouse,• Taking the necessary actions to provide compensation about consumer complaints.• Ensuring the product penetration at G.T&LMT chanelles.

• Conducting brand-package sales due to sales target.• Managing customer relationship.• Preparing sales reports for managers.• Maintaining billing operations.• Supervising merchandiser team.• Coordinating the process of after-sales activities.
