Yaptığım görevimi kısaca anlatmak isterim.- Yurt dışı müşterilerine sevk edilecek olan araçların sipariş sorumluları tarafından oluşturulan teslimatlarını sap (erp) üzerinden almak,- Sipariş oluşturlan teslimatlarını nakiyeciden temin etmek,- Yükleme yapılacak olan araçların sistem üzerinde araçlarını takibini yapmak,- Yüklemesi tamamlanmış gümrüğe veya limana sevk edilecek araçların e-irsaliyelerini tamamlamak,- Günlük ve aylık raporları takip etmek ve üst yönetime raporlamak- Yüklemeye eşlik eden kapı sorumluluları denetlemek eksik makine hasarlı makine olduğunda üretim kısmına bilgi vermek,- Depo içerisinde bulunan (wms) depo yönetim sistemin doğru işleyişi sağlamak- 6 aylık veya sene sonu sayımlarına holding ve bağımsız denetçilere sayım konusunda refakat etmek,- İş sağlığı güvenliğini sağlamak,-Hassas özel müşterilerin ürünlerine yüklemesini takip etmek,- Depo içerisindeki sürdürülebilirliği sağlamak
