Aremak Bilisim is a Turkish technology start-up company founded in 2014 with the support of the Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. The team behind Aremak has a decade of both academic and industrial experience on machine vision, 3D sensing, industrial automation and user interaction. In Aremak, we conduct projects using high tech devices such as cameras, lasers, embedded computers; and develop our own software from scratch to achieve high speed, accurate and reliable machine vision systems.One of our products, Viscale (http://www.viscale.com/en/), was designed and developed for Marmarabirlik (https://www.marmarabirlik.com.tr/). It enables the automation of the olive purchase process for large olive companies. ~100 units are currently being used by Marmarabirlik in several cities and villages in Mediterranean and Aegean Regions in Turkey.Aremak supplies machine vision hardware components to its clients (cameras, illumination, lenses, etc.). We've been a partner and the distributor of The Imaging Source (https://www.theimagingsource.com/) products in Turkey.

It can optically inspect several features on the manufactured brake discs on assembly line. * 3D Optical Measurement System: Developed for Aka Otomotiv (https://akaoto.com.tr/) automobile factory in Bursa, Turkey. Based on a 48-camera measurement rig, it can instantly measure the location of specific points with an error less than 0.2 mm (absolute error in 3D localization in a 60 cm x 60 cm 200 cm space).* Brick Counting System: Developed for Gurallar Kiremit (https://www.guralkiremit.com.tr/gural/eng) factory in Kutahya, Turkey. Counts and classifies manufactured bricks by scanning with a laser-camera duo and performing 3D matching. * Robot Guidance: Developed for Merinos (https://www.merinos.com.tr/en/) carpet factory in Gaziantep, Turkey. A laser-camera couple guides a cutting tool mounted on a robot. ----Art&Entertainment-----* Istanbul-o-matik: Led a team of engineers, architects and sound designers for an interactive 3D installation developed for Istanbul Design Biennial in the Museum of Modern Arts, Istanbul 2012. Featured on international and national media. Based on spatial augmented reality and image processing. * Frozen Time Camera: A multi-camera system developed for Coca Cola Turkey. Includes 45 synchronized cameras to create a 180 degree frozen time (Matrix style) visual effect.* Gravi Surfact: Interactive 2D surfaces based on touch, QR Code and gesture recognition.
