Emrah Elmas is an entrepreneur, academician, trainer, consultant, assessor and payment systems cyber security expert. Emrah has over 20 years of professional experience in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) industry and has a strong background in sales, business development, project management and auditing. He is a PCI QSA (Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor) and has been performing PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) assessments globally. Currently, Emrah is the founder and country director for 24 Solutions Turkey Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Tic. A.Ş., providing cyber security services with a focus on payment security, since 2016. Emrah is also lecturing classes as an Adjunct Professor at Marmara University and previously served as a Global Client Executive & Business Development Director for Central Eastern Europe at Atos, and as a Key Account Executive at Turkcell.Emrah Elmas is an Industrial Engineer. He has studied his Master of Science degree on Business Computer Information Systems at Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, New York, USA and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree on Engineering Management with a thesis on “Cybersecurity and Risk Assessment in Payment Systems in the Digital Era”.Emrah has lectured at various universities both in New York and Istanbul, and currently lecturing Engineering and Management classes. As a Payment Expert and Qualified Security Assessor (PCI QSA), Emrah provides trainings and consultancy on payment systems and cyber security and has led numerous project consultancy and trainings in USA, Europe and Türkiye.
