Reporting directly to the CFO of the bank; the job description was as follows:- MIS and Reporting Systems improvement, implementation and setup of necessary infrastructures (like datawarehouse, financial datamarts, activity datamarts etc.)- Management & ALCO Reporting- Profitability Systems Setup

End-to-end (project management, business-technical analysis, testing) responsibility of different projects in finance, risk management and treasury business domains including DW & BI functions. The key projects were as follows:- Financial Tables Consolidation - ADC Efficiency - Activity Based Costing- Budgeting Infrastructure- Basel II Standard Approach Adaptation for Credit Risk- Treasury-ALM P/L calculation- Product tree- Financial Institutions Limit/Risk Tracking&Reporting System (FILTRE) - Treasury Front-Office (Black Swan)- Credit Bureau (KKB) Integration for Corporate Clients- FORTIS-TEB Merger & Migration- FTP- Funds Transfer Pricing System Reengineering (Perequation)- BNPP Treasury and CIB System Alignment

After attending a 4 months of Management Training Program; I started my professional career at CRM & Data mining department under Retail Banking division. The department was responsible for different projects (client segmentation, activity calculations etc.) and preparing periodical marketing reports on CRM and other datamarts. I was able to publish a CRM Bulletin within the bank during this period, that aimed to deepen the understanding of the branches and management of the bank on CRM concepts.
