Current╩╦ PRE TENDER Duties: - Sales and business development in and around EU-UK-MENA-Eastern Europe - Managing tenders, completing project PQ files, reviewing detailed cost analysis through the matrix - Checking subjected norms & standards and national annexes to get prepared with the execution stage.╩╦ POST TENDER Duties: § Dublin New Childrens Hospital - Ireland § Copenhagen New Bispebjerg Hospital - Denmark § Taif National Guard Hospital - Saudi Arabia § Almaty International Airport - Kazakhstan § The Wave Twin Towers - Italy - Executive project management, sustaining client relations - Detailed analysis of cash flows and risk flows, project budget control, - Contract management, issuing / responding letters, raising change notices and claims - Subcontract and supplier management, making agreements based on cash flow analysis, making technical follow up - Following up administrative subjects e.g. insurances, work permits, account analysis, VAT and other kind of tax management i.e. CAR, 3rd party, employer's liability, professional indemnity insurances etc. - Following up internal design, manufacturing, procurement, logistic departments, making detailed project technical and commercial analysis - Managing construction teams, leading project managers to comply with project time schedule and quality.
