Mutatis Mutandis is a creative agency venture realized through the collaboration of three experienced partners from different departments. As one of the partners, I took on the role of leading the entire creative and art team, as well as managing and coordinating the production processes. The core principle of the agency was the happiness and motivation of all its employees. The agency team consisted of 14 -fantastic- members, including all partners. By offering both conventional and digital advertising services, as well as PR and production, we worked with local and global brands. This structure earned recognition from Turkey's most prestigious advertising awards, the Crystal Apple and Felis, in its very first year with a project for Levi’s. I also directed the advertising films produced for Levi’s.

I have served as an Assistant Director, contributing to all creative procsses of the production in the film industry. Thanks to this experience by working closely with directors and other all related production teams, I gained the ability to manage all the project operations.
