Responsibilities: Operation Head of Automated Warehouse (AW)- Design and implemented the working processes to properly integrate with all related departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Merchandising, Quality Assurance. - Manage the overall operational activities of the Automated Warehouse. This includes 5S activities; maximize space utilization, machine maintenance, ERP System trouble shooting, Compliance and so on. - Manage the entire AW department 57 employees for 14,000 tons storage capacity.- Reduce the through put time by 80% since the inauguration of AW.- The AW total storage capacity is 14 thousand tons and it’s the central warehouse for LDC Group servicing 5 manufacturing companies.Responsibilities: Manager, Supply Chain. - Organized all stores and warehouse operation in LIDA Dyeing and Textile Ltd, a newly established manufacturing company in LDC Group. - Implemented ERP/Inventory control system to track the material visibility. - Manage the Stores and Inventory control team in LIDA composed of 25 employees.- Did the fully LIDA physical inventory count for inventory valuation.- Organized all storage area and manage inventory of HOW ARE YOU Textile limited (Newly owned by LDC group).Management Information for Business decisions:- Involved with higher management to take core decision regarding inventory by various effective reports, such as, Yearly Material procurement order and price, Subcontractor evaluation, Excess stock use plan, Buyer wise performance, material ageing, Holding cost analysis, and so on.

- Established the Department of “inventory control” in Liz Fashion.- Design and implement inventory control systems to track all high value material in the company. Such as, Yarn, Greige Fabric, Finished Fabric, AOP Fabric, Sewing Thread, Elastic. - Provide to upper management analysis reports such as: material turnover, Active and Old stock reports, Inventory variance reports and Inventory Valuation. - Introduce the concepts of SKU and item code in the company. - Perform every quarter a full physical inventory count of all materials. The biggest team works in the LIZ history. More than 300 people joined for team work.- Increased LIZ fashion inventory data accuracy to 95%.
