As a Project Senior Coordinator at Blumont, I manage the daily operations, facility maintenance, and program implementation for both the Innovation Lab and GIS units. My role includes collaboration with local water resources management stakeholders, ideating and designing hydroponic systems, designing new activities, ensuring quality control of GIS data and products, and performing spatial analyses. I engage in community outreach to understand needs, capacity building for the local community, facilitate meetings, and support the recruitment and management of volunteers. Also, I contribute to the development of training materials, tools, and innovation strategies, while also representing Blumont in coordination meetings. In terms of people management, I support staff performance through clear management plans, teamwork, and timely evaluations. My goal is to enhance the impact of our programs in the Zaatari Camp by promoting learning and collaboration among various projects and partners.
