Among the works I do as a legal counsel and international transactions expert• Giving Legal counselling on company matter such as import and export transactions, insurance disputes and real estate actions.• Conducting the documentation process and prepare necessary agreements such as Letter of Intents, Memorandum of Understandings, Protocols, Sample Order Forms and Contracts regarding the company’s business in import/export relations and real estate transactions.• Managing all the negotiation processes that need to be done between the clients and the other third parties within the scope of the files and works assigned to me personally.• Managing the certification processes and handling the inspection procedure with all kinds of public and private institutions and organizations, especially the FDA and NIOSH, regarding the import and export of medical products within the scope of international trade.• Managing compliance procedures regarding all necessary licensure and registrations within relevant laws of the country which shall be engaged into business in.• Monitoring import and export transactions including documentation and transportation procedures, financing and payments such as L/C processes.• Conducting the financing process personally by contacting various lending institutions, especially EXIMBANK, within the scope of financing of import / export and real estate projects.• Developing the company’s marketing plans and conducting correspondence for networking.

In the file group assigned to me personally, all enforcement proceedings are performed and followed by me. The files are composed of commercial and individual receivables.• I do file and transaction proceedings in Civil and Labor Courts.
