For the past 9 years of my carreer, I have been a dedicated member of the Zenith Gemi Isletmeciliği A.S. team.Recognizing the importance of nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence, I transitioned to a shoreside role first as Training Superintendent and then Crew Manager most recently. In this capacity, I am being responsible of all the crewing related operations, long term crew plannings, crewing related projects and management of tens of milions of $ annual budget of entire vessel fleet under Zenith's technical management which consist of 28 modern tanker ships, mostly MR size. As Crew Manager, I have had the privilege of guiding and mentoring the next generation of mariners, instilling in them a deep sense of professionalism and a commitment to safety. By implementing comprehensive training programs and promoting continuous development, I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact it has on crew performance and overall operational success.Looking ahead, my future goals and passions lie in further contributing to the maritime business.
