• Supporting for operational skills improvement of production team

• Operating procurement processes and production plan with sales and demand team according to forecast
• Pursuit and develop productivity at manufacturing
• Calculating over-all equipment efficiency (OEE) for packaging equipment and keep efficiency over the target
• Achievement of material usage variance (MUV) targets with detailed analyses in the SAP system

Tuzla, Istanbul

• Monitoring compliance with written manufacturing instructions and GMP requirements at every stage of production, to check for factors that may affect product quality, and to investigate root cause when deviations occur.
• To ensure the production workflow and planning: Providing to taking and controlling the materials that will enter production from the warehouse and packaging, labeling and weighing of finished output products.
• Providing equipment, system, procedure and process change controls through the application of quality management system and to carry out the changes made in the production department.
• To create training plans of the personnel working in the production department, to provide instruction, Standart Operation Procedures (SOP) and Master Production Report trainings.
• Working with MS&T to ensure that the applications developed in the synthesis for new products are implemented in the production department and contribute to validation studies.
