Provide expertise in negotiating appropriate contract terms/reviewing contracts before signature to ensure supplier deliverables and commitments are comprehensively detailed, the risks inherent are addressed, and proper protection is provided. • Work proactively with the project board on the identification and resolution of risks, issues and project exceptions to the required timescale.
