Key responsibilities:- Perform bank reconciliations - reconciliation of the bank statements agains internal systems- Uses various cash management programs ( CitiDirect,Concur) - Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balances and bank costs confirmations- Support cash forecasting process- Process outbound and internal payments- Monitor the status of wire and funds transfers- Investigate and research transfers issues- Contact banks for problems payments- Manage day to day tasks and documentation- Daily allocation and reconciliation reports
