This project was conducted in collaboration with Arçelik and has been slated for integration into Arçelik's existing "HomeWiz" project in the coming periods. This integration is expected to further optimize technical service processes and expand the services offered to HomeWiz platform users. HomeWiz is a mobile application that allows users to remotely control and manage Arçelik and Beko branded smart home appliances. With this new integration, HomeWiz users will soon be able to detect potential malfunctions in refrigerators quickly and effectively through the app, allowing for more informed technical service calls. This development not only aims to enhance user experience but also to increase efficiency in the maintenance and repair processes of Arçelik and Beko branded products. Show less
