I am mainly responsible for generating the local digital CRM strategy according to the corporate digital strategies by considering the company and brand targets and expand that strategy to the region emerging markets. My core responsibilities are:*Generate and drive CRM capability rollout and development roadmap for region emerging countries while assessing country’s maturity level, consumer data flow structure, CRM technology infrastructure, solutions and analytic systems.*Understand the existing BSH CRM technology and systems, consumer data flow, and Global CRM databases and tools; and provide recommendations to stakeholders.*SAP Marketing Cloud power user.*Assess the CRM infrastructure needs and create a plan to integrate and implement CRM solutions.*Orchestrate all CRM capability rollouts and developments working with cross-functional teams including global digital transition (GDT), regional and local teams including digital, brand marketing, sales, customer service, Legal and IT teams etc.*Serve as a liaison among the business stakeholders, technical and implementation teams for effective and timely management of rollouts, developments and projects.

Performing insurance market analysis and research on the latest trends.Assisting with daily administrative duties.Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.Preparing detailed presentations and brief forms.Participating in the planning and hosting of marketing events.Researching and evaluating competitor marketing analysis and digital content.
