◦Ensuring the implementation, control and reporting of the processes in the standards, instructions and plans determined in the distribution center, wholesale and meat warehouses by using Quality Management - ISO 9001,ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 10002, ISO 14001 owned by Migros Ticaret Inc.◦Ensuring that goods acceptance, storage, return-destruction and shipment to stores, which are distribution center operations, are carried out according to instructions and procedures◦Performing the goods acceptance quality control (organoleptic inspection, label conformity, shelflife conformity, etc.)of the products defined to the quality unit and performing defined analyzes◦Ensuring that the products that are accepted do not pose a risk in terms of food safety, in accordance with the quality management systems, and that the storage and shipping conditions are established and checking their compliance◦Taking necessary actions such as blocking/destroying the products in the warehouse stock when nonconformity related to the product (non-specification, mold, label notification,bombing,insect infestation etc.)is detected in the quality control processes of the products in stock(food, non-food, material etc.)◦Making checks and directions for inventory of products with expiration dates in stored products in specified periods◦Performing control and verification, monitoring and reporting of situations that may risk food safety (cold room, vehicle verification, etc.) in specified periods◦Evaluating the original and normal return requests of the stores, carrying out the approval processes and carrying out controls and reporting to reduce the return-destruction rate◦Cross-verification between warehouses, follow-up of corrective actions for detected nonconformities◦Making suggestions and improvement activities in the development of the Quality Management System
