Crafted and executed the data driven marketing marketing model for baby care acquiring relevant consumer data through owned touchpoints (app, website, CRM) enabling mass 1-1 communication. Step-changed online sales across pureplayers, bricks& clicks, marketplaces and DTC through shopper understanding, business model improvement, customer management, team building and creating innovative scaled capabilities. Initiated digital business transformation of Feminine care business unit on top of baby care business.
