Performed studies;*Ecotorq 9L and 12.7L Heavy-Duty diesel engine performance , turbocharger matching, lubrication and thermal management simulations for truck and industrial applications.*Alternative fueled engine performance and troubleshooting.*Engine cranktrain modeling, crankshaft counterweight and 1st & 2nd order balancing shaft design and optimization for port fuel injected H2 SCRE application.*Thermal management simulations, correlations, and layout design for conventional diesel engines, electric trucks, cooling systems, and battery packs. *Battery-electric-vehicle integrated model simulations and responsibility in Albatross H2020 EU Horizon project. *Battery aging simulations using GT-AutoLion. *Designing battery module thermal management systems in CAD environment and analysing the first-time-through performance in 1-D tools.*Engine brake simulations.Developed novel EPD procedures;*Proper FMEP measurement and validating successfully with physical test. *Innovative and cost-efficient procedure about cooling system test measurement.

Assisted the project 1176026 "Modernization of TLM16V185 Heavy-Duty Diesel Locomotive Engine" as a student which is leaded by TUBITAK RUTE , SDM Research and Marmara University. During my assistance, i also kept studying PhD level Mechanical Engineering in Marmara University.I was responsible of performance simulations of the 16 cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, obtaining the initial valve kinematics and piston secondary motion analysis using elastic body approach by reducing the finite element models of the piston and engine block and using them in the piston dynamics/lubrication analysis program.In summary, i played role in;-0D/1D Performance Simulations (GT-Power)-Flow Volume Extraction from CAD Data and Reducing to 1-D (GEM3D)-Valvetrain Mechanism Analysis (VT-Design)-Engine Components Finite Element Model Building and Reducing (Ricardo FEARCE+RAPID)-Piston Secondary Dynamics Analysis (Ricardo PISDYN)
