-Leading shift leaders and team leaders to facilitate better production practices. -Leading to lean activities for realizing yearly lean targets of factory -Leading VSM teams for collecting necessary data (i.e. stock levels, process times, setup times) from production field, detecting value-added and none value-added process steps and selecting the projects, setting the targets of optimizations.-Leading 5S activities, reporting weekly and monthly results of 5S audit reports and checking the auditors' schedules and reports.-Leading work standardization projects in responsible areas. -Preparing SOP documents and coaching SOP team for preparing documents according to HSE and CTQ points.-Supporting Health&Safety department for implementing safety projects in lines.-Following up and Leading Kaizen offers and projects in the facility -Preparing production orders and scheduling lines in necessary situations. -Supporting the Engineering department about launching new products.-Preparing disciplinary documents in necessary situations.-Maintaining process analyses and application of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and TPM to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and help to eliminate non-value-added process steps.

- Following up daily production at Pipe Insulation and Parts Fabrication lines according to job orders- Preparing weekly production report of all lines in factory.- Preparing monthly production and effiecency reports and reporting them to General Manager- Time analyzing and line balancing in Pipe Insulation and Parts Fabrication areas- Following up daily effiecency of blue collars in Pipe Insulation and Part Fabrication areas.- Preparing Synoptic Diagrams of new products with using Ms Visio- Preparing PFMEA documents of new products.- Preparing engineering drawings of thermoglass and folio parts of products in Pipe Insulation area with using KURIS software.- Making necessary corrospendence and negotiations with domestic and foreign firms for to solve problems in machines.- Ensuring continuty of production in responsible production lines.- Following up daily, weekly, monthly capacities and effiecencies of Pipe Insulation and Parts Fabrication areas. - Leadership to 5S applications in responsible areas.- Installation of machinery and equipment in facility.- Investment in tooling and fixturing for to improving (reducing) standart operation times and processes in Parts Fabrication and Pipe Insulation Lines- Layout and optimization of processes ; TQM and Continuous Improvement.

- Responsible of Metal Insert Transfer Section in factory. It is the only area in factory which makes machining - Responsible of the automation machines which produce radiator valves, ball valves, pipe couplings, sleeves. - Responsible of the transfer machines which produce bottom pieces of valves.- Following-up daily business in serial production and ensuring continuity and optimisation of production.- Planning of machine and labour requirment according to job orders.- Analyzing production processes and work flow, time analyses and line balancing- Preparıng discard and malfunction reports, entering them to ERP and reporting them to Production Manager.- Preparing daily material requirement plan and giving order to purchasing department and other sections for to acquire necessary raw materials and semifinished goods.- Making necessary correspondance and negotiations with foreign and domestic firms for to solve failures in Automation and CNC machines - Ensuring damaged units or parts in machines or make repair them.
