Hello,I worked for 2,5 years as Frit Production and Frit-Glaze Maintenance Specialist at the Frit Factory of Kaleseramik Company. In this role, I led the Frit Factory production staff and Frit-Glaze Maintenance staff. I led the production, planning, budgeting and improvement of frit production and auxiliary production stations, as well as maintenance-repair, maintenance and repair part of the glaze preparation factory and auxiliary production stations. Apart from all these, I also worked in the maintenance-repair and refractory supply part of frit furnaces. Later on, I worked as "production, planning and raw material supply" for 1 year at the Sır Preparation (Floor Tile and Wall Tile) Factories.I am currently working as a 'Production Engineer' at Klüber Lubrication Lubrication Industry Company. Daha sonra Sır Hazırlık(Yer Karosu ve Duvar Karosu) Fabrikaları’nda 1 yıl boyunca “üretim, planlama ve hammadde tedariği” görevi yaptım.Klüber Lubrication Yağlama Sanayii Şirketi’nde ‘Üretim Mühendisi’ olarak görev aldım. Görev tanımım olarak;Üretimi sevk ve idare etmek,Üretim programını planlama ile birlikte çalışarak oluşturmak,İyileştirme süreçleri ile ilgili aksiyonlar almak,5S, Kaizen, Yalın Üretim gibi teknikler ile optimum düzeyde katkı sağlayarak iyileştirmeler yapmak idi.
