I am working in the delivery department at Trendyol. The main responsibilities of the delivery department are to improve the cargo experience of customers and sellers, to research alternative delivery and return models, to include new partners in the ecosystem, and to manage cargo costs. My key accomplishments in Trendyol Delivery Department:• Designing E2E delivery partner integration processes (technological infrastructure, customer information, cargo tracking screens, etc.)• Analyzing the needs of business teams and identifying development areas to improve customer and seller experience.• End-to-end follow up of the projects.• Bringing together, coordinating and managing the teams affected by the projects.• Designing project planning and phasing processes.• Collaborating with existing partners to improve the delivery experience, guiding them according to their development areas.• Researching potential domestic and international logistics partners to provide the market needs.• To test the services of potential partners for cooperation, to enlarge the ecosystem by using decision-making methods (scorecard, pros/cons etc.).• Carrying out cargo contract processes with legal teams.• Monitoring performance, supporting reporting processes.
