My main responsibilities:* IT Project Management:- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports- Managing resources for projects- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence- Conducting risk assessments for projects- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress* Business Development:- Creation of new business units from scratch - Deep understanding of technical and/or organizational issues of these prospects- Leads and needs detection- Recruitment of new consultants- Management and follow-up of the commercial relations* Team management:- Managing a business unit composed of talented professionals- Projects kick-offs, weekly follow-up, quarterly steering committees- Annual performance review (annual reports, setting new goals, salary reappraisal)- Coaching- Management of the relationship with the back-office team* Financial and administrative management- Management of my Profit & Loss- Management of the new employment contracts and commercial contracts- Price and contract negotiation (rates, framework contract, purchasing, rates reappraisal)

- Recruitment activities related to IT, Business & Engineering field for the CEE ( Central Eastern Europe ) market- Collection and analysis of managers' requests- Sourcing, hunting and development of a network of specialized candidates using internal data, job boards and social networks- Identification and qualification of potential candidates in IT, Business and Engineering field- Administration of applications through the entire recruitment process- Set up and administration of search agents- Pre-selection interviews through phone calls- Interviews planning with managers- Weekly reporting with my team
