I graduated from Akdeniz University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. With over 10 years of experience in hotels management and the last 5 years as like a manager assistant professional kitchen . Also I worked at Dublin 1.5 year as a chef. After I returned Turkey I founded my own company. The founding purpose of my company is to increase the quality of hotel and restaurant businesses by digitalizing food safety and quality control systems as a result of the experiences I have gained over the years.
