-Managing Global Business Development and Export Consultancy projects tailored for the clients, monitoring progress and contributing to the achievement of the targeted outputs-Mentoring Global Business Development and Export Consultants, improving their operational processes, providing solutions to the problems they face during their daily operations-Re-evaluating strategies, targets and action plans prepared specifically for companies in the portfolio, making revisions when necessary-Receiving customer requests, reviewing consultancy projects’ progress together with the customers, obtaining detailed information about the innovations and changes in the sector by making regular visits to the clients.-Researching new tools (databases, online tools, computer programs, etc.) to be used by Global Business Development and Export Consultants in order to obtain sectoral information and use their daily operational processes.

-Creating foreign trade infrastructure for counselees (Studying both counselees’ and competitors’ Websites & Social Media accounts, preparing company introduction presentations, setting a online marketing strategy, revealing competitors’ strategies). -Finding new markets and exploring new sales opportunities for counselees by using Trademap and other big-data tools.-Revealing counselees’ competitors’ sales network and sales strategies by using Competitive Intelligence (CI) methods.-Communicating potential importers on behalf of customers through phone calls and e-mails to offer new business opportunities.-Providing advisory services for customers on various topics, including business inquiry preparation, B2B communication methods and logistics.-Organizing Online / Ordinary B2B meetings with potential importers.-Promoting products of counselees on Social Media through weekly posts, notably on Linked-in, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
