Since hardware manufacturers could not send technical personnel to Turkiye due to flight restrictions during the pandemic period, I completed the entire system room installation and cable management and infrastructure works myself. Likewise, due to the cancellation of Optitrack technicians' flights to Turkiye due to the Pandemic, I completed the installation, cable management and calibration processes of all optitrack cameras myself.Since the beginning of the studio construction, I recruited a 12-3d artist for unreal engine content production team and defined the workflow training and management pipeline through one-on-one interviews. With the Disguise media server software configuration training and personnel training program, I recruited 6 people and made the entire workflow able to be stream projection via the unreal engine with disguise.During my contract i was responsible of maintenance, training and supervision of LED Wall based Virtual Production Studio and it's technical team and equipment which they Specialised on Disguise, Brompton LED processors, mo-sys and OptiTrack camera tracking systems.
