Deputy of Digital Transformation Leader:- Enterprise digital transformation goals setting and progress monitoring.- Digital transformation office coordination with third parties. (start-ups, vendors, etc.)- Spreading digital transformation culture throughout the organization via awareness, education and communication.- Following and analyzing trend healthcare and related technologies.

IT Project Management Specialist:- Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects on time, budget, scope and quality.- Working closely with project stakeholders.- Monitoring of project processes in projects carried out with third party companies.- Ensuring coordination of test processes.- Coordination of release planning with project team.- Monitoring progress of project to ensure the project delivery on time- Project status and performance reporting in mid-level.

Project (ErgoFIX):- Collecting requirements from internal customers (Business Units – BU) and documenting the scope of the requests, - Conducting interviews with business teams,- Preparation of detailed “Business Requirements” documents,- Performing detailed analysis when necessary and documentation regarding the functional requirements and configuration of the applications, - Assisting the technical team (developers) during implementation phase, - Creation and execution of test cases to ensure that the application or technical environment meets the requirements (technical, functional, user interface), - Reporting of the test results and discussing the status of bugs and change requests with the developers, - Assisting customers during user acceptance test (UAT) phase, - Preparation of the user guide documents (Collection User Guide for agencies all over Turkey v.00)

Aksigorta – Akbank SAT Call Center Project:- Scoping project, - Spelling out the project details and requirements, - Collecting the requirements from both Akbank Business Units, - Preparing the analysis documents in the lights of business requirements, - Creating and executing test cases, - Integrating the Aksigorta SAT application on Akbank Call Center application, - Akbank Call Center users can do all insurance transactions on SAT application and monitor the reports. Aksigorta – Akbank SAT Call Operational Efficiency Project:- Enhancing the variety of transactions, reports and products on Akbank Call Center SAT Application Aksigorta – Akbank SAT Bank Branch Project- Scoping project,- Spelling out the project details and requirements,- Collecting the requirements from both Akbank Business Units,- Preparing the analysis documents in the lights of business requirements,- Creating and executing test cases,- Integrating the Aksigorta SAT application on Akbank Maestro application,- Akbank Bank Branch users can do all insurance transactions on SAT application and monitor the reports.Aksigorta – Akbank SAT Credit Phase Project:- Scoping project,- Spelling out the project details and requirements,- Collecting the requirements from both Akbank Business Units,- Preparing the analysis documents in the lights of business requirements,- Integrating the Akbank Credit system with SAT application in order to harmonize the insurance products with bank credits.
