Fulltime task force membership in a Management Control System Development Project conducted by a Management Consultancy Firm.

Coordinating design and engineering activities in several armored land vehicle development projects.

Design and development of armoured tracked vehicle structures. Material selection, consideration of manufacturing operations, and assembly in 3D modelling, and preparation of design datasets. Space allocation and digital mockup design.

Supervision of Tool Manufacturing activities, which was carried out by 50+ techncians with engineers as their leaders. There were four different shops specialized in specific tool manufacturing activities such as, sheet metal forming tooling shop, assembly jigs and fixture tooling shop, composite tooling shop and machining shop. Department were carrying out tool manufacturing activities for several commercial and military aircraft production projects. Besides than technical supervision and engineering activities, as department chief responsibilities were comprising managing activities such as, human resources management, scheduling activities, man hour estimations, project management, etc.

Supervision of engineering team working on tool design activities for several military and commercial aircraft projects. The department was capable of designing almost all kinds of tools like forming tools, assembly jigs, fixtures, machining fixtures, welding fixtures, trimming fixtures, composite layup tools, composite curing tools, bonding tools, any type of forming tools, such as deep drawing, stretching, hydrocell forming dies, etc. 15+ mechanical engineers and draftsmen working for the department.

Design of fuselage assembly fixtures and stretch forming dies for a military aircraft project. Use of CAD, CAE, FEA packages with PLM softwares. Preparation of data packages including enginnering calculations, 3D models and blueprints. Being focal point and responsible operator of a mechatronic assembly station which was developed in cooperation of a Spanish Aeronautics company as a solution provider.
