Cvent (merged with Lanyon)• Leading the Business Operations & Logistics function, overseeing metrics (Utilisation, Customer Satisfaction, Profitability, etc.), processes and tools (FinancialForce PSA, Salesforce, etc.) for the global Professional Services team, as well as overseeing logistics for 2,000+ client events annually.• Reporting to the Global Head of Professional Services, helping shape the overall strategy for the business and ensuring maximum operational efficiency. Responsible for regular rhythm of business activities including planning, running and follow up on regular leadership and all hands meetings.• Partnering with senior Professional Services leaders in different business units and regions to ensure alignment within the organisation and best-practice sharing.• Leading a team of project managers running strategic projects. Lanyon (spun-off from Active Network):• Managed three teams of 20+ consultants, spread over multiple offices.• Successfully transitioned the Services team of an acquired company into Lanyon, aligning processes and metrics while reducing employee and customer attrition.

Active Network (acquired by Vista Equity Partners)• Managed a team of six consultants, oversaw the successful delivery of projects and act as the escalation point for delivery in the EMEA region. • Hired as the first technical resource in the EMEA region and played a key role in expanding the operations. Repeatedly promoted within the organisation, holding positions as Business Analyst, System Architect and Team Lead.

• Led a team of four Implementation Specialists, mentored junior team members and continued carrying the System Architect duties.

• Delivered training and support for other consultants as the main product expert in the EMEA region.• Collaborated with Sales to drive new business. Attended pre-sales meetings and pitches, prepared RFP responses.

• Translated business requirements into technical requirements and implementing Active Network’s enterprise level products in the EMEA Region for clients including Cisco, HP, VMware and RSA.• Hired as the first technical resource outside of North America and played a key role in expanding the operations in the EMEA region.

• Led the product roadmap planning efforts, as well as gathering business requirements, writing functional requirements, planning releases and performing acceptance testing sessions.• Assisted the sales team in preparing and presenting solutions/configurations to clients in the sales cycle.
