- Distribute infrared listening devices to hearing-impaired theatre patrons at Broadway theatres as well as closed captioning devices, audio descriptive services for visually-impaired theatre patrons, and language translations for international theatre patrons. - Guide guests through the technology used for the individual devices and how to use the newly launched smartphone app version of the closed-captioning, audio description, and translations services.- Monitor equipment throughout the performance to identify operational issues as well as alerting the office of any guest concerns or issues. - Handle any monetary transactions involving the costs of language translation services. - Maintain a clean work station and cleanliness of the equipment.
