This call center software is coded by me for an Indian company. There are 4 different types of users and there are so complicated features. Nearly 100 call center staff still use that CRM with no issue.

Bookmeal, a B2B SaaS Startup, set out to cater to the restaurant industry by providing a solution to enhance profitability. Upon subscribing to the system, each restaurant received a uniquely generated QR code for every table. The restaurant then downloaded and printed these codes, placing them at their respective tables. Customers could conveniently scan the QR code with their smartphones to place orders, effectively relieving the restaurant of the task of manually taking orders and reducing the need for a large number of waitstaff. The system also offered ancillary benefits such as improved hygiene and a feedback system.Despite the development of an extensive system comprising over 30,000 lines of code, the initiative faced a setback during the initial stages. After engaging with over 10 restaurants, it became apparent that establishments valued the versatility of waitstaff for various purposes, rendering the proposed system less practical for their operations. Consequently, I made the decision to shut down the software before its scheduled launch.

The Egitmenkampi (TutorCamp) was an expansive marketplace initiative designed for students seeking private lessons. Participants used to enter the platform and employed a personalized filter system to choose instructors. Subsequently, tutors underwent a rigorous three-stage process before gaining approval from the admin and officially registering. Despite boasting a substantial codebase of over 40,000 lines and an impressive network of 900+ tutors, the startup unfortunately shuttered its operations at the close of 2020, citing the impact of both the COVID-19 pandemic and financial challenges.
