Producing comprehensive supporting project collateral and templates to ensure delivery integrity is achieved and maintained. Training and On-boarding: Project, Programme, and PMO staff. Creation, automation, and analysis of Project Management & Solution Consulting metrics packs including utilisation, customer trending, portfolio and project health, financial status.

Managing the delivery of Hosting, Colo and Network business critical environments to agreed time, cost and quality in line with the PRINCE2 framework. Managing multiple suppliers, both internal and external to the project, across multiple regions. Communicating effectively with all project stakeholders through meetings, conference calls, client engagements, issue and risk logs and highlight reports. Forecasting of billable client products/ services. Successful projects include delivery of a new UNIX based PaaS (Platform As A Service) to host an order capture system being used across multiple channels; Trade Counter, Internet, Contact Centre for the UK’s largest direct and online supplier of trade tools. This new platform was delivered in eight aggressive projects spanning nineteen months with tight budgets and timelines. Due to a mixture of Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies being used, this required greater control for managing change and scope creep, ensuring any risks impacting production services were mitigated. For this I received 2 Global excellence awards.

Managing the delivery of network installations for Reuter’s financial and FTSE 100 clients across EMEA. Responsibilities included; principle contact for Reuters, their client, the telecom providers, co-location providers, building managers and service engineers. Manage project designs from 1st call status through to the Reuters acceptance on their live environment, ensuring all deadlines, communication and costs are kept as agreed throughout the process.

First line technical support representative (TSR) on the Savvis EMEA client helpdesk, handling SAVVIS Hosting, WAM!NET, NCC (network) and the outsourced desk Reuters Telerate connectivity, technical and business critical issues.Responsibilities included; providing assistance and updating customers on technical issues and events within their company, owning and working change requests to existing client services and liaising with various teams to have a client issue or change actioned.
