During this fellowship, I directed all project management initiatives from contract signed to install complete for a 150kW new construction senior living facility and an 80kW retrofit apartment complex.Such initiatives included:+ Leveraging Salesforce, MS Teams, and Inspire Planner to monitor project schedule, scope, and budget+ Tracking and Updating project information on Salesforce+ Liaising with stakeholders to clarify scope and project requirements+ Serving as the primary contact for client communications+ Assisting with permitting and utility interconnection applications+ Drawing up subcontract agreements and coordinating negotiations on bids+ Scheduling transformer disconnects+ Drafting new internal process templatesThrough this fellowship, I learned about solar design and installation, construction management, MS Teams file management, and Salesforce.
